Hand-picked grapes in crates with sorting on vibrating table, destemmed and crushed. Blending of the three grape varieties vinified together.
Maceration: 5 weeks with natural fermentation
Aging: 24 months in 500L barrels
Tasting notes: A sunny red wine revealing aromas of candied fruits and garrigue, powerful and generous.
Nose: Intense nose of black fruit with brandy, aromas of garrigue and subtle hints of cinnamon
