A wonderful blend of 80% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre planted on 3 hills that approach the 100 meters of altitude, these vines are located on the land classified “Les Aspres” between the foothills of the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. Its craftsmanship accompanies all the vintages to your table.
Its colour is dark purple, opaque. The nose is fine and deep, on the black fruits and spices, with a touch herbaceous (positive) inviting. The mouth is very slender, with a tension reminiscent of a northern white wine. The matter, even if it is very digestible, is certainly denser than it seems. The whole is remarkably fresh and balanced. The final sends a heavy one, while maintaining this beautiful balance.
Don’t be afraid of the 16% Alc vol (we don’t feel them…)
