100% Cabernet Franc, vines from 45 to 65 years old on a gravelly soil, old bed of the Vienne (sandy-gravelly). Vine management certified AB and Ecocert. Manual harvest, yield around 40 hl/ha. Traditional vinification in cement vats, gravity work, maturing on fine lees for 7 months. 2 g/hl of sulphur at the time of setting.
