A brutal Chinon, very masculine, with aromas of black fruits, leather, spices… Palate: crunchy, firm tannins, powerful juice.
100% Cabernet Franc, vines from 30 to 35 years old on a clay and flint soil. Vine management certified AB and Ecocert. Manual harvest, yield around 35 hl/ha. Traditional vinification in cement vats, gravity work, maturing in old barrels for 6 months. 2 g/hl of sulphur at the time of setting.
