Grapes : Syrah 50%, Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 10%.
Vinified in traditional or truncated conical vats with temperature control and maceration for about 30 days before racking. After maturing in vats for 12 months, the wine is bottled without filtration.
A deep colour with purplish tints. Expressive nose with notes of blackcurrant, tapenade and garrigue. The palate reveals notes of black cherry and blackberry. Long and persistent finish.
